This large 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor offers a bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath, spacious living/dining/kithcen with extra sleeping for 2 on a sofa bed.  THer is also a small terrace for outdoor coffee in the morning. The building is steps away from pharmacies, a full service super market, plazas, restaurants, bars and El Morro, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Lofts offers luxury hotel style apartments for rent short and long term stays. The building and the apartments are a piece of the architectural history of Old San Juan. Each apartment is fully renovated with a clean and modern look and includes a full kitchen stocked with all cooking and dining utensils. Each apartment offers air conditioning, hotel style bath amenities, as well as linen and towel change every three days of your stay. Regular housekeeping is offered for an additional fee. At JFKey our goal is to provide outstanding customer service and everything our guests need to enjoy a seamless vacation! The apartments are self check-in with a keypad main entrance and a lockbox for each apartment beside it's front door. Enter the building and use the stairs to go to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The majority of the apartments are on the 3rd floor. All self check-in instructions are emailed to our confirmed guests in advance of check in.

Old San Juan is one of the best places to visit in Puerto Rico. Old San Juan has an incredible 500 years of history, beautiful colonial architecture liberally splashed with tropical colors and timeless magic that makes it one of the most enchanting destinations in the Caribbean. You could spend many happy hours just walking around the walled city.

Perhaps nothing captures the history of Puerto Rico more than Old San Juan's massive fortresses. El Morro and Castillo de San Cristobal are among the most visited attractions on the island for a good reason. Their cannons, ramparts, and layered defenses have guarded the walled city for centuries. Even the governor's mansion, La Fortaleza, is called "The Fortress" because it was one of the settlement's early defensive structures.

Paseo La Princesa is a broad promenade that stretches from near the docks at the foot of the city and leads to the lovely Raíces Fountain. On weekends, you're likely to find all kinds of stalls lining the road, and maybe even a free cultural performance to enjoy. Paseo La Princesa hugs the old perimeter wall of the city, and beyond the fountain continues around Old San Juan to the San Juan Gate, the only remaining of five entry points into the old town.

The best time to enjoy the walk is during sunset when you'll have gorgeous views of the bay from the fountain, and you'll escape the heat of the day.
